New Bouldering Circuit Space!

Bouldering Circuit training involves performing specific sequences of grabs that shape strength endurance, not pure strength. A good circuit requires the right number and difficulty of grabs.
Don't know how to create a circuit that is appropriate for your climbing level?
Michał Jędrzejewski, based on his own idea, screwed together the entire circuit so that everyone can find something for themselves! The rules are simple:
➡️ Circuits are by color for both arms and legs (circuit on wooden grips only arms, any degrees)
➡️ Each circuit starts with grips marked start and ends with the same grips
➡️ All circuits start from one place in the middle of the circuits and start next to each other, so you can combine them in any way
➡️ There are 5 circuits on a small overhang and 5 on a large one
➡️ Each circuit is marked with a different color, and the order of grips is numbered 🔢
