Lokal32 Bouldering Gym Policies
WARNING: Climbing is dangerous! Your safety is your responsibility.
Even when you respect the safety rules and gym policies, climbing can still cause injuries including severe ones. By using our facility, you agree to the following regulations and acknowledge that it takes place at your own risk.
- First time visitors must report to the reception desk to complete a mandatory gym orientation, prior to entry.
- Access to the Bouldering Gym is granted to persons who:
2.1 Have read and accepted gyms terms and conditions. All visitors must sign in to the gym application and complete the current form as well as accept our policies.
2.2 Have bought an appropriate ticket according to the price list. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you accept the gym policies.
2.3 Have no physical or medical condition that may affect their ability to exercise safely.
2.4 Are not under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
2.5 Have appropriate sportswear and climbing shoes. Barefoot climbing is prohibited.
2.6 Youth aged 14-18 may use the facility on the basis of a written consent of their parent/legal guardian and at their own risk. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Organized groups may use the facility with the consent of the owner.
- Persons conducting organized climbing workshops/training sessions for third parties are obliged to notify the Owner and are fully responsible for the participants.
Lokal32 Bouldering Gym safety rules:
- It is not allowed to:
5.1 Stand, sit or climb underneath other people while they are bouldering (climber on the wall always has priority!)
5.2 Leave any items on the safety mats.
5.3 Jump from the top of the wall.
5.4 Interfere with hold settings – any technical defects must be reported to the staff.
5.5 Leave kids without adult supervision.
5.6 Climb with jewelry (especially rings, earrings, watches and bracelets).
5.7 Climb with any items in pockets (phones, keys etc.).
5.8 Only climb in footwear designated for climbing.
- All technical issues should be reported immediately at the reception desk.
- The Owner is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items at the gym.
- Owner of the gym reserves the right to dispose of any personal items left in object area 30 days from the object being left.
- Dogs are allowed only if they do not disturb other gym guests. Dogs are not allowed on safety mats!
Privacy Policy:
- The administrator of your personal data is SPIN Tomasz Zwolak, Międzyleska 4/hala E, 50-514 Wrocław, NIP 611 225 38 38.
- We use personal data to enable the use of our services, including registration and accepting our gym policies.
By using the facility, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- There is an audio-visual surveillance system installed at our facilities to ensure security.
- Lokal 32 bouldering gym guests, including parents/legal guardians, consent to the free use of their image as part of a photograph taken/video recorded during their visit for the purpose of promoting Spin Tomasz Zwolak business. The consent covers posting the photographs and videos on Lokal32 website and social media profiles and is granted without time or territorial limitation. Simultaneously the above-mentioned persons agree to the processing of their personal data by Spin Tomasz Zwolak in regard to their image use.
- Gym clients’ personal data will be used and processed by the Owner under the applicable law.
- Every client has the right to correct, update, or delete their personal information.
- Providing personal data and consenting to their processing is voluntary but necessary to use Lokal32 Bouldering Gym facility.
- Using Lokal32 facility without accepting gym policies is prohibited.
Visitors who fail to comply with the above rules and/or pose a threat to their own and/or other guests’ safety, may be asked to leave the facility without a refund.
We kindly ask you to immediately report any problems or defects to the staff.
